owners during this phase-out period?
Communication with Oldsmobile customers will continue through the processes that
are in place today. This includes normal correspondence and email.
General Motors' Customer Assistance Centers will also work individually with
owners to resolve issues, concerns, or problems. We want to stress that every
Oldsmobile owner is a valued member of the GM family. That means they will be
supported by one of the largest and most responsive customer care networks in
the industry, along with the largest network of franchised dealers in the
business.
How will GM honor the warranty on my vehicle.
Under the General Motors warranty, repairs may be performed at any GM dealership
in an emergency situation. GM will assist you in making arrangements for
customer service if necessary.

Oldsmobile owners should continue to seek service and parts at their selling
