How is GM communicating with Oldsmobile owners during this phase-out period?

Communication with Oldsmobile customers will continue through the processes that are in place today. This includes normal correspondence and email.

Now that Oldsmobile has been phased out, where can I get my vehicle serviced? Are Oldsmobile parts still available?

Oldsmobile owners should continue to seek service and parts at their selling dealer. If the selling dealer is not available, then please go to the nearest GM dealer.
